How do I sign up in the HireAlways website?

To register yourself in HireAlways website, click on Create an Account Candidate sign up on the homepage of the application. Fill the form and submit. A verification email will be sent to your email address. Upon confirming your email, you shall be able to use services of the HireAlways website.


Do I have to pay to register myself?

Candidate registration is absolutely free. Candidate can apply any number of vacancies to any number of companies.


Can I see and apply jobs without signing up in the HireAlways website?

You can search Jobs based on Skills, Location, and Company etc., see the details of the jobs, but you cannot apply for that job without registering in the website.


How do I login in my account?

After you confirm your email id, on the confirmation screen there is Login button which allows you to directly login in the application with your credentials. OR, Go to HireAlways homepage, Login Candidate login


Can I login using my Social media account?

Yes, you may use your social media account. To login via social media, you must have account in any one of the followings: Facebook, Twitter, Google plus or Linkedin.


Will my profile and personal information be used or shared by HireAlways?

Candidate’s privacy is of utmost importance. In no case, any personal or professional information shall be published or shared without consent.


How to login if I have forgotten my password?

You can reset your password. Go to Login Candidate login Forgot Password. Enter your registered email Id and click on Send button. You will receive an email in your registered email id. Follow the steps in email to reset your account password.


How can I search for the Jobs I am looking for?

On HireAlways Homepage Job Search. You can enter the criteria on which you want to search, it can be Job title, Keywords, Company name or Location (City, province, Region).


What are the criterions on which I can search different openings?

First Criteria for making search is based on Job title, Keywords, Company name or Location. Thereafter you can further apply filters based on following: Category (functional areas), Work Type (Part time, Full time, contract etc.), Job Level (Fresher, Manager etc.)


How many Jobs can I apply from the search results?

There is no restriction on the number of jobs that a candidate can apply to.


How can I apply for a job?

To apply for a job, Login with your credentials and follow the below points:

  1. Homepage Login Candidate Login.
  2. Job Search Enter the criteria on which you want to search and apply for a job
  3. From the search results Click on Apply button
  4. OR
  5. Homepage Login Candidate Login
  6. Dashboard Recent Jobs/Recommended jobs (look for the relevant Job)
  7. Click on Apply button


Can I apply for a job without registering on the HireAlways website?

No, you cannot apply for a jobs without getting registered with HireAlways.


I am having trouble signing in, getting error.

Your sign in may be giving error because of one of the following reasons:

  • Entered email id or password is incorrect
  • You are candidate but entering credentials on the employer sign in window
  • Credentials entered are correct, but you have not yet confirmed your email id.
  • You are trying to login using your old password which you have reset


I do not wish to get emails from HireAlways, How can I unsubscribe from the emails?

To unsubscribe from all HireAlways emails, follow these steps:

  1. Just click the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of your email notification
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Click Unsubscribe


I wish to delete my account from HireAlways, How to delete the account?
